Nelida Abi Saab is a Director in Yendall Hunter’s Construction Disputes and Advisory Practice. She is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), with over 12 years of experience across the construction and engineering sectors.

Nelida has worked on live projects and high-value disputes across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and South America. She specialises in providing quantum expert services for developers, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and legal advisors, and leads complex quantum analyses on large-scale, multidisciplinary disputes in both the public and private sectors.

Her experience spans a wide range of dispute resolution mechanisms, including litigation, arbitration, adjudication, mediation, and negotiation. She has worked across diverse sectors such as infrastructure, power generation, real estate, commercial development, oil & gas, and industrial facilities.

Prior to joining Yendall Hunter, Nelida worked at Berkeley Research Group and Accuracy, where she provided quantum expert services on international and domestic disputes. She began her career as a quantity surveyor working with contractors in the Middle East.

Nelida holds a B.Sc. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the American University of Beirut (AUB), and an M.Sc. in Construction Project Management from the University of Manchester (UOM), where she graduated with Distinction and ranked top among 365 students. She is fluent in Arabic, French, and English.
